Social media profile frames:
Customise a 2025 National Summer Games frame for your social media profile.
1. Click the link above to open the Canva template (you’ll need to create a free account or sign in with Google).
2. Click 'View Template' and then 'Open in Editor'.
3. In the left-hand menu, click 'Uploads' → 'Upload Files'.
4. Select your profile photo and click 'Open' to upload it.
5. Drag your photo over the centre of your preferred frame — it will replace the placeholder image.
6. Click 'Share' in the top-right corner.
7. Choose 'Download'.
8. Select PNG or JPG, and the page of your preferred frame.
9. Click 'Download' again.
Now you can upload your new profile photo to your social media accounts!
